30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Conditions
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@sunbrims.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return address and instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different colour or size, please contact us and we'll arrange the swap, subject to availability.
