We strive to deliver your online order in the fastest possible time and understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. Items may be returned to Sun Brims Australia (at the address below) within 14 days of product receipt.

To return an item, it MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. The product must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition and not used.
Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser’s original credit card or their PayPal Account. Credits or exchanges can be arranged.
